With effect from April 1st, 2016 Dr. Beate Mand was appointed Vice Chairwoman of the Board聽/ CFO.

The graduated legal expert has been responsible for human resources and legal affairs and a member of the Management Board since 2001. Prior to this she was head of the human resources and legal affairs department for 9 years with RWE Umwelt AG.
